PRIORITY WELLNESS THERAPY & CONSULTING
Less talk. More tools. Real change.
Skills-based online therapy for adults who are ready to do more than talk about it. Clear goals, proven methods, and practice that keeps working between sessions.
DR. NATALIE’S THOUGHT LEADERSHIP HAS BEEN SHARED IN
You might be in the right place if...
◇ You’ve tried therapy before, and it felt like a lot of talking without much changing.
◇ You want practical tools, not just a place to vent.
◇ You look like you have it all together on the outside, but on the inside you’re running on empty.
◇ You take care of everyone else and wonder who takes care of you.
◇ You’re ready to practice between sessions, because that’s where change happens.
What I help with: anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, insomnia, life transitions, and relationship strain.
Who I see: adults 18 and older, individually or as couples.
What working together looks like
1. Free 30-minute consultation. We talk about what’s going on, what you want to change, and whether we’re a good fit.
2. Get clear on the goal. In our first sessions, we map what’s keeping you stuck and agree on what success will look like.
3. Learn the skills. Each session builds specific, proven skills from approaches like CBT and ACT, chosen for you.
…and beyond the session
4. Practice between sessions. You leave each session with something small and specific to try. That’s where change begins to take hold.
5. Track progress and plan your finish. We check progress regularly, adjust as needed, and plan for the day you won’t need therapy.

Meet Dr. Natalie
A special focus on midlife
Many of my clients are women navigating perimenopause, caregiving, career shifts, and the question of who they’re becoming. Midlife can bring new stress, poor sleep, and mood changes, sometimes all at once. Skills-based approaches like CBT have strong research support for menopause-related symptoms, including sleep problems and hot flashes.
As a Wellness Partner with The Collaborative by Heather Hirsch, MD, I work alongside a women’s health practice focused on midlife and menopause.

The Between-Sessions Lab is an educational program. It is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
Participation doesn’t create a therapist-client relationship.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from other therapy I’ve tried?
We set clear goals, learn specific skills, and practice them between sessions. You’ll always know what we’re working on and why.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals, but good therapy has a plan and an endpoint. We’ll talk about expected length early on and review progress regularly.
What happens between sessions?
You’ll have a small, specific practice to try, like a skill, an experiment, or a reflection. It usually takes minutes, not hours, and it’s where most of the change happens.
Can I use my insurance?
I’m self-pay and don’t bill insurance directly. I provide superbills, which some plans reimburse for out-of-network care. Check with your plan about out-of-network mental health benefits.
Before you book
Can I see you if I don’t live in Indiana or Massachusetts?
Possibly. Through PSYPACT, I can see clients in participating states. Check the PSYPACT map or ask during your consultation.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem. There are no cancellation fees, even same-day. Life happens. Just let me know as soon as you can, and we’ll reschedule.
What if I’m in crisis?
This practice isn’t set up for emergencies. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or call 911.
